Form x Flow Wellness is a wellness coaching company that supports women in building confidence, strength, mobility, and balance through intentional movement and sustainable wellness habits.
Whether it’s fat loss, learning how to strength train, building healthy wellness routines or hitting performance goals- we’ve got you!
Now… we cater to everyone! Whether you’re beginning your fitness journey or looking to feel stronger and more connected to your body, every program is customised to your goals, schedule, and lifestyle.

ANYONE who is committed to making change in their daily routines, improving both their mental and physical health.
Personal Training is best suited to people who want to be held accountable, improve their form, learn good technique AND be encouraged to progress.
Online Coaching is best suited to those who need guidance, have some experience in training and want to be held accountable.
Personal Training and Accountability is for a combination of both. It really let’s me get a good understanding of your training, progress you in sessions which translate in to sessions that you do alone, and help guide you with nutrition and nourishing your body. -
Absolutely not!
Weight loss is cool, but learning to fuel your body, move regularly and organise daily routines to support this is cooler- these results can translate to weight loss, building muscle and/or a huge growth of confidence. -

An open mind and a drive for change!
If you are a PT client, you will not need a seperate gym membership. You will need yourself, suitable gym wear and drinking water.
If online, you will need equipment for home for workouts (discussed in the call) and a good working internet line! -
Not necessarily.
Everyone’s journey looks different.
If you have a gym membership, I will programme sessions using gym equipment.
If not, and you want to workout/lift weights, you will need equipment at home.
Results will be achieved by the method you ENJOY the most which is why everyones journey is tailored to them. -
Personal Training sessions are encouraged at a minimum of 1 x per week.
To see results, strength training is encouraged 3 x per week consistently over a period of time.
Everyone’s journey and situations are unique . We have a range of clients from working mums who train at home - to others who attend boxing classes & more who only go for walks!
